Call for Exhibitors

The Seedbeds of Transformation conference is now accepting proposals for exhibition space at the conference venue. The spaces will be offered in 1.5 x 3 m shell-scheme blocks on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Exhibition stand prices are as follows:

1 x (1,5 x 3 m) stand at a cost of R12 000 (approx. US$ 1 100)

Each 1,5 x 3 m stand includes: 1 – shell scheme stand; 1 – 220 V AC single phase power point; 1 – twin fluorescent light; 1 – exhibitor’s manual, and one free delegate pass (per stand), including conference hospitality events (teas, lunches, and networking cocktail party).  Note: Additional exhibitor staff wishing to participate in the conference and hospitality events over and above the complimentary exhibitor delegate pass are required to register on the conference website.
